Loft 20 — All lodges offer one or more bedrooms that can be split to two single beds for a family configuration

Barn 13 — The Barn includes split beds, creating flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements perfect for couples.

Loft 43 — You’ll find a comfortable double sofa bed in The Barn, offering additional sleeping space when needed

Loft 44 — Single Sofa beds can be requested via our online checkin form before arrival

Loft 16 — Super king beds that split into two singles for the perfect setup

We partner with Hauck for super comfy baby cots — Providing Baby sheets, pillows, duvets and more. All Lodges accomodate 2 baby cots, and our largest ones can take 3.

On our doorstep, the city is packed with fun things as a family, including :

Visit Rutland Water: A day trip to Rutland water is always fun. Rent bikes, take boat trips on the Rutland Belle, enjoy the Aqua Park in Summer and lunch in Oakham or Hambleton.
Hike or Sail at Pitsford Reservoir: Only 20 mins from 14 Acres its a great day out for the whole family - beautiful views and a picnic.
Rent a Canal Boat : Kids love learning about the UK's Canal Heritage and how lock systems work hands on. Leave from Harborough Wharf- 15 mins drive from 14 Acres.
Experience Foxton Locks: The worlds largest canal lock system whose flight of "stairs" is soemthing to behold. Nice pub and eating options and an intersting museum make it a fun learning experience - 15 mins drive from 14 Acres.
Have fun at the Mini Meadows Farm Park: The farm park offer up close and hands on feeding and petting, as well as play parks and good coffee for the grown ups. Welford VIllage is 10 mins from 14 Acres.
Ride bikes or hike Brampton Valley Way: Kids love exploring the old tunnels on the former railway line and passing hidden under the world above. Take a picnic and have a fab day out.
Visit the Windmill Farm Park : Kibworth Beauchamp has good restaurants and pubs and the Windmill Farm Park has a fun indoor wooden play centre to explore as well as good coffee.
Play at Clipston Playing Fields: Our own village park offers a kids playpark, football fields, tennis courts and more. Its 5 mins from 14 Acres.
Take to the sky at The Soaring Centre: One of the UK's largest gliding centres is only 10 mins from 14 acres and offer testing lessons for those intereted in learning to take to the skies
Visit the National Space Museum: Leicester is host to the UK National Space museum which is a super interesting wya for kids to conenct with science with a range of fun hands on exhibits as well as interactive shows and events.
